  • Highest fat content of all wild salmon

Handling & Storage

  • Refreshed fillets have less elasticity due to having been frozen, so careful handling is a must
  • Always pick up and support the fillet with two hands
  • Process immediately and store well-iced. Avoid leaving product sitting in ice melt. Re-ice daily
  • Minimum shelf life is 3 days from delivery
