  • + or - 0.5 oz size tolerance means consistency!
  • Ocean-caught means more flavor and fat content than river-run fish

Handling & Storage

  • Keep well chilled, in cooler, between 1º to 4°C
  • Shelf life is minimum 3 days from delivery
