Handling & Storage

  • Keep well chilled and well wrapped, in cooler between 1º- 4º C
  • Minimum shelf life is 3 days from delivery
  • Keep tightly wrapped, as exposure to air will cause tuna to turn brown
  • Store with bloodline facing down
